This is Grade 2 agricultural land. It is outside the village development envelope. It provides an important view and vista over the countryside which the Blofield Neighbourhood plan states should be protected from development. Blofield has been subjected to a large number of developments built or approved and local services are not coping. Lingwood Road has no pavements and is narrow in places, and HGV traffic causes problems passing. The land is often flooded. I oppose all proposed sites within Blofield until infrastucture issues have been addressed.
