I would support this site if it had fewer proposed dwellings. It would also need to include a high percentage of self-build and social housing if it is to accommodate the needs and character of the town. It uses up a valuable site which provides the town with its rural appeal. There are significant transport and landscaping issues which would need to be overcome.
