There road infrastructure is not suitable to support this proposal. With the majority of the traffic having to transit through Coltishall to get to Norwich it will only compound the already semi gridlocked situations that regularly occur in Coltishall village centre. It will also lead to the same thing happening in Horstead village centre the mini roundabout at the junction of the B1354 and B1150.
The existing services infrastructure are also almost at breaking point. Where are the school places and additional medical facilities going to come from!!
