Site GNLP0180 is supported because it will proviode a community benefit for the Primary School as it needs additional land to expand to cater for the existing allocations. Some 20/25 homes can be accommodated on this site as well as a widening of Mill Road to improve the junction with School Road/Whitwell Road.A significant amount of pre application work was undertaken and it is readily available to develop. The 'long term' allocation at Reepham Station of 20 plus years shouild be declared 'unsound'. Development at Reepham Station is still possible asit is within the approved Development boundary of the Town.
