Site A is a greenfield site outside the settlement boundary. Its awkward shape makes it unsuitable for development. Existing housing along Wood Dalling road is linear in form, and development within the 0543A site, away from the road, would be unrelated to any nearby built-up areas. The site should remain rural in character .
Site A is restricted in width and length, and is also a greenfield site outside the settlement boundary. If GNLP0096 proceeds, development either side of Wood Dalling Road would naturally terminate at the existing World's End track.
