This is the only development in Taverham that should be given
consideration, but only if it could be restricted to access only onto the
NDR and only if it can wait untill the final link of the NDR between A1067
Fakenham Rd and A47 is complete. It will mimmise the impact on the local
area roads which are already conjested.This larger development is likely to
be built by a major developer with the possibility of providing much needed
affordable homes a lot quicker than the smaller developments.
