Prior to these proposals, Taverham was one of the most desirable postcodes to reside and is a quiet village. As affordable housing will be included, existing house prices would decrease substantially.
This with the extra traffic on our quiet country roads will make them into rat runs with congestion. Both Fir Covert & Reepham Road are extremely busy even with the NDR. Leave our village as it is.
I am concerned about the existing wildlife we have here, as more habitats would be sacrificed. Also the added levels of pollution this development would increase.
