This proposed site fails to recognise the existing pressure on health & wellbeing of such a large scale development with no proposed additional healthcare or wellbeing facilities.
The existing GP service is all ready hard-pressed coping with the current demand, and such a huge influx of new patients must be met with additional infrastructure not covered in the current plans.
Other health/social care needs are equally unable to cope with this size of development without additional provision.
