Full text:

The proposal for 720 houses is out of proportion to the rest of the parish, which currently has only around 700 homes in total. The current infrastructure, especially roads and schools, is not sufficient to cope with such a large increase in population.
Local primary schools, in Buxton and Coltishall, are already full and have been oversubscribed in recent years.
Local roads are mostly unclassified and there has been a significant increase in traffic since the former RAF housing stock has been sold off and HMP Bure opened. It is likely that those living in the proposed development would be travelling to Norwich for work and/or leisure, putting additional pressure on the bridges at Buxton/Lamas and Coltishall.
Public transport to the area is limited; there are buses between Norwich and North Walsham, but the service is not frequent enough for families to manage the demands of work and leisure especially with children attending after school clubs who are therefore unable to use the school buses. Many families in Badersfield have more than one car, so it is highly likely that a development of 720 homes would result in over 1000 additional vehicles on local roads, as well as delivery and other service traffic.
The site is a greenfield site, and identified as high quality farmland. in view of the increased requirement for agricultural produce to support the increasing population, building on this site will cause irreparable loss of agricultural resources.
