There will be an increased risk of serious flooding from rapid run-off from the Back Lane site if it's all hard surface on a sloping site. The shallow stream won't be able to cope and this will affect all properties along the stream level including ours and many houses in of Levishaw Close. Also there's the problem of increased traffic on a single lane road - which cannot be widened at the Coltishall Road end - amounting to 100s of additional journeys per day down a road with poor sight lines. And Buxton school is already failing to accommodate all children living in Buxton.
