Blofield has already experienced a massive growth in new houses without having adequate infrastructure put in place to deal with the demands of a growing population. Lingwood Road is particularly hazardous especially when it rains or when two vehicles need to pass each other. To add more houses on Grade 2 agricultural land which gets waterlogged throughout the year would make this area even more difficult for drivers and pedestrians. There are virtually no pavements along this road for people walking. This is an unsuitable site for housing development.
