Since the golf course was constructed this land has been left unmanaged. It could be landscaped and made into parkland for the community and provide play areas for children and teenagers who at present have limited access to open spaces. Blofield Football club could also benefit from a dedicated training pitch. This land should not be developed for more houses as Blofield infrastructure is already at capacity and has already seen a 500% increase in house building instead of the original allocation of 50!
