Brundall village residents were consulted and agreed an extensive Neighbourhood Plan which allowed for some development but preserved the essence of its village status. Developments since the Plan have already exceeded those expected and have caused pressure on its resources, amenities and traffic problems. Further development, in particular the position of this development would be severely detrimental to the village destroying all that was planned for its future. Villagers have signed and presented their objections to BDC and thei PC and should be listened to. It is they and not the developers who know the problems this will cause.
