I strongly object to the proposed development on Back Lane. We live on Bulwer road and are already classified as living in an area at high risk of flooding. Building on this site would not help our situation and would indeed increase the likely hood of such an event occurring. Added to that the need to keep green spaces is so important for our wildlife and our community as a whole. Back Lane should indeed be considered to have 'Quiet Lane' status for it serves the community by providing a beautiful walk with sights of fields, meadow and woodland.
