The NDR has caused even more congestion with Beech Avenue and Sandy Lane now being used as rat runs to Costessey and the A47. The mass of traffic that the proposed site would create would make this an even bigger problem. Add to that, the High School is already full, and the doctors surgery is under massive strain - the village is struggling as it is. And losing the few open spaces that are left would be detrimental to the feel of the village and the health of it's inhabitants.
