This is an over-development of the area. The local schools are already beyond capacity, the doctors surgeries cannot cope with the current population and the small roads from (Badersfield to Buxton and Badersifled to Coltishall) are treacherous in icy conditions with lots of accidents so 700+ more cars on the roads would only make this infrastructure more hazardous. The Badersfield residents pay maintenance fees to upkeep the estate but if there are more residents in the area this could deteriorate causing chaos between the two sites. It is a waste of agricultural land when the adjacent former RAF base sits as a brownfield site available for a much smaller residential development.
