The flooding risk from extra hard services here would be ridiculous, some Levishaw Close front gardens are already floating every time there's heavy rain. The effects would be felt in the surrounding area and down the beck. Back Lane can in no way cope with the increase in traffic, or being widened. Same problem of no school places, no purpose built pre-school, no surgery - who is going to buy these houses? Loss of light to the old houses on Back Lane to as you would be building on a hill.
