This development would fundamentally change the nature of our village, particularly as it transcends the existing boundary. Our local school is full with children from nearby bardersfield already occasionally having to go further afield. Dr's surgeries and dentist - nearest aylsham and coltishall full already and small local roads won't cope with additional cars. I believe this development would also increase risk of flooding and water flow into river bure thus having a detrimental effect on environment and existing residences.
