This site is outside of the settlement limit and is adjacent to Drayton Wood which is a County Wildlife site The development is contrary to policy 8 of the Drayton Neighbourhood Plan. Conversion of the existing care home only to residential dwellings might be acceptable, however a loss of these type of facilities would be very regrettable to those residents currently in situ.
