The the road / access could not accommodate an additional 100-200+ cars.
The village school is currently full to capacity so where are these new residents going to send their children to school?
As a home owner who overlooks that field I'm also concerned that this would completely block my light as a development of this size would have to come right up to the field boundary in front of my house.
The drainage is appalling on the lane and is prone to flooding which would require additional costs.
110 houses in one field is not in keeping with village.
