I feel that this proposal would cause increased flooding problems for the residents of Levishaw Close where I live. The infrastructure of the village could not support such a large development- the roads are narrow and the school that my children attend is already heavily oversubscribed. The roads would be far busier and dangerous for locals. This proposal would destroy forever a unique area of Buxton which is rich in wildlife.
