This proposed huge development is totally unsuitable for the area for many reasons; the main ones being the increase in traffic through the windy, narrow Lammas roads which are not able to take a large volume of traffic;no footpaths in Lammas : Mill Street already has problems with parked cars only allowing a single lane of vehicles to pass through; the village school is already oversubscribed, local doctors surgeries already have long waiting times for appointments ...
