Both sites are unsuitable for houses as they would impact on Hellesdon amenities, like doctors and school. The roads around these sites would not be able to cope with the traffic and more cars would use Drayton Wood Road as a short cut causing safety issues. The houses should be built elsewhere. I believe this area is also in the flight path which would also be unsuitable. I moved to Hellesdon to a quieter area and this would impact on my day to day life. The houses need to be built further out.
