COMMENT RECIEVED DURING STAGE B
This site was considered before by Broadland District Council and the planning inspectorate between 2008 and 2010. The final decision reference APP/K2610/A/10/2133334 recommended that this site was not suitable for housing development. The situation in the village as listed on the above document has not changed in any way meaning that the site is still unsuitable for housing development.
With future development already allocated within Broadland Northway I feel that the lack of adequate services and facilities in Frettenham means this site is neither needed or suitable for any future housing development.
