The development of this site would be denying residents of hellesdon another green space which are becoming less and less. The building of housing in Hellesdon is putting amenities, doctors and roads under unbearable pressure, it is hard enough now to get GP appointments without the proposed 1,000 houses on Royal Norwich golf club. This new development would be the final straw. The pressure on the road fifers lane where the proposed development would exit, even now if a vehicle is entering or exiting heath crescent at peak times it causes considerable hold ups in fifers lane if more vehicles were trying it would mean chaos.
