The submission of GNLP0492 this has extremely poor access onto post office road and five road junction which the highways turned down as an health and safety issue.This decision was turned down and the planning inspectors recommend that this site was not suitable for housing development reference no app/k2610/A/10/2133334. The situation as listed on the aforementioned document remains unchanged this would surely indicate that this site is not suitable for consideration in your greater Norwich local plan.
