Strongly object to development beyond the intended Petrol Station, Recycling Centre and Park'n'Ride. Traffic impacts at this junction with NDR are already considerable at peak hours, and will deteriorate with addition of 3 venues listed. Adding further employment use will have significant impact on traffic. Knock-on impact to village at HSF, as traffic tries to avoid congestion at NDR junction. Loss of semi-rural feel to this area north of Norwich. Please investigate use of other employment sites which are not yet at capacity - many empty commercial buildings around the city/surrounding areas could be (re)developed.
