I do support the plan not to have development next to the River Bure, due to the potential risk of flooding. However, the site on Norwich Road does appear to be the most favourable site for development. This due to the fact that they have come up with concrete suggestions for two access points, are prepared to look at the feasibility of a long stay car park and only plan to build 250 houses, as well as the support for the primary school as will the other sites. I do think further discussions are needed with the Town Council.
