I am delighted that the views of local residents have been taken into account and that site GNLP0062 has been deemed unsuitable for development. I wholeheartedly agree that any development of the site would have a significantly harmful effect on the neighbourhood and on the Wensum Valley. The south side of Taverham Road should never be developed beyond the current building line.
