Thank goodness for common sense! A development of this size in this location would be extremely detrimental to both the Wensum Valley and to the residents of Taverham, so I am delighted that it has been deemed unacceptable for future development. Thank you to the officers who have carried out their investigations and who have come to the same conclusion as everyone locally - any further developments along the south side of Taverham Road beyond the current building line would be wholly unacceptable.
