I agree this is not a suitable site for development. This is outside the village development area, and is too large. It would increase traffic through Lammas, Mill st and outside the school. It would significantly alter the rural nature of the two villages Badersfield and Lammas. There is insufficient infrastructure support to The increased surface runoff would be directed down towards the river via Lammas high st and be in danger of increasing flooding. This is prime agricultural land and should remain in production.
