I have serious concerns on vehicular access to this proposed development. The roundabout at the B1149/Brewery Lane junction carries most of the through traffic to the NDR. Further development in this area will add to an already heavily used route. I believe that with the implementation of the NDR, the through traffic that the B1149 carries was grossly underestimated resulting in regular tail backs through Horsford. Where once there were 3 exits at the south end of the village, there is now only 1. Additional housing here will only exacerbate the problem.
