The existing tree belt that was along the boundary of this site has been substantially cut, not only altering but singificantly diminishing the landscape value of this area. Would like to see any development make a substantial commitment to enhancing the landscape with a significant tree belt that acts as a wildlife corridor, sound and pollution barrier and enhances the value of the landscape. Any development needs to ensure that it is not increasing gull populations or encouraging them into the area. Cycle path and foot path are required as well as green space provision within the development
