I object to this development unless detail is provided regarding the nature of the footpath running from the development to Pottles Alley. At some point pedestrians have to cross the Dereham Road to access the school, surgery and the key services in the town . A refuge is needed.. Where will this be safely sited? Safe access needs to be clearly demonstrated before approval is given.
What provision for affordable housing is there?
At the same time as further development occurs in Hingham more action / thought/ money needs to be given to improve pedestrian safety in the town centre.
