This site is identified for a garden village to the south of Wymondham for 6,500 dwellings. It is requested that this site is deleted as a reasonable alternative site for a new settlement for exactly the same reasons as the proposed garden village at West of Hethel (Ref. GNLP1055) i.e. uncertain delivery timetable and unlikely delivery of policy compliant levels of affordable housing.
It is clear that this site is not being considered for allocation in the emerging GNLP, and therefore it requested that this site is deleted as a reasonable alternative site.
