Access onto the already congested Tuttles Lane. Development is approved on the adjacent old rugby club land. Outside the settlement boundary. Again, what does "at least 50 houses" mean ? How many more houses may be accommodated? The development would encroach upon and erode the natural landscape across Tuttles Lane which should remain in tact. Development creep again. Lack of infrastructure - hospital, doctors, dentists, schools.
