Draft Local Plan-Part 2 Site Allocations

Representation ID: 20949

Received: 14/03/2020

Respondent: Mr Alan Smith

Representation Summary:

This site should be the preferred site in Cawston, it is available for delivery immediately and is contained with it's own boundary therefore negating any further development
There is an adequate footpath route, there are no negative issues. I believe that this site offers an ideal opportunity for controlled growth for the village, which is well served for amenities and services.
Access to the site is unencumbered by any ransom strip, the road at Fred Tuddenham Way was designed and built to accommodate this modest amount of additional housing on this land.
The land is devoid of any environmental merit
