I object to this site for the reasons already stated. There has already been a major development next door to this land which has put strain on Caistor Lane which is now a dangerous country lane with too much traffic. Poringland has been overdeveloped and the consequences of Caistor Lane becoming one huge housing estate have not been properly considered. Notably the flooding risk since the area has heavy clay soil and drainage at this site is already poor, even before covering it with concrete.
