if the planning were to be accepted, then the highways department will undertake there own reportage.
The Norwich road A140 roundabout is already busy especially emergency services routing 24 hours between Norwich Aylsham Cromer. Drastic measures like diverting the A140 behind the Old forge to relieve the extra traffic , otherwise continuous high volume traffic flow would be just like Red Lion street Aylsham was back in the 1970.
Therefore I consider this site unpractical for development, due to the high costing measures required.
