The assessment of site GNLP0514 does not seem specific to the site, has general principles applied that are incorrect. As a site situated as part of an existing settlement, with new homes being build 100 meters further up Old Watton Road, opposite the Spire Hospital, very close to the Research Park and Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, parish church, UEA, safe route to local school, etc….. and a road network that links to A47 and City Centre with access to public transport.
