This site should be re-considered as a preferred site. It is well-sited and is achievable and deliverable, with support from the Town Council. It scored well in previous evaluations for suitability.
There is a path running along the side of the playing field, meaning that an Island would make pedestrian access possible and simple (note that this is how pedestrian access is provided to the Hops)

The proposal includes a new community woodland allocation to be dedicated to the Town Council with this allocation, providing a positive addition for the town,
