Hare Road is not in a fit condition to take further traffic. The road is narrow and has permanent flooding which reduces the road down to one lane. The junction of Hare Road/Church Road has very poor visibility. The development is outside of the development boundary. There is no social, environmental or economical reason for the development. Drainage and absorption are a concern in the area. The area is only serviced by an hourly bus. There are no shops or schools in the village.
