This representation is made on behalf of the landowner of the above site to the current Regulation 18 consultation. The site has been considered by the Greater Norwich Local Plan (GNLP) as one of their preferred sites.

As noted in the representation the site has been subject to a planning application and approval at planning committee (ref:16/01889/O). The site is available and has been found to be suitable and appropriate for a development in the region of 20 homes through the planning process.

The landowner is fully supportive of this site being allocated for the proposed development.

This representation is made on behalf of the landowner of the above site to the current Regulation
