This site lies within the Norwich City Centre Conservation Area and the grade II listed Great Hall lies to the north west of the site.
Any development of the site therefore has the potential to impact upon these heritage assets and their settings.
We welcome the reference in the policy to the Conservation Area but suggest the policy should also reference the nearby grade II listed Great Hall.

Suggested Change:
We suggest the inclusion of wording referencing the grade II listed Great Hall and the need to preserve and enhance the significance of these assets (including any contribution made to that significance by setting).
