1. Would result in the destruction of woodland area and lost of wild life habitat.
2. Could increase the risk of further road flooding in Rectory Road, road drainage system is insufficient to cope with present demand.
3. Increase in traffic through Rectory Road, increasing the probability of accidents/collisions when attempting to exit or enter driveways. Rectory Road has high traffic volumes and a known problem with speeding vehicles. Increased by surrounding developments, Mulbarton/Hethersett,Wymondham
4. No Bus service, just FLEXI Service, attempt to book the day before.
5. Limited services, no main Gas or drainage.
