No CLEAR and unambiguous statement as to the intended development( and there is a world of difference between housing and business development). The NDR traffic flows on this road have EXPLODED. A planned Lidl supermarket will substantially increase frequency of traffic all day long, all year round.Statistics have borne this out wherever Lidl is. So I would strongly object to unspecified housing or businesses with all their consequent upheavals beside a large veterinary surgery which was "questionably" given approval outside of the settlement boundary!! Keep the perimeter of Thorpe Marriott free and encourage further building there in TMarriott and not casual speculation.
