2011 Lamberts Way We opposed development some time ago. SNDC also opposed and won their case after High Court appeal. We appreciate that circumstances may have changed since then.
0373 Thwaite Road We have recently opposed development on DIT1 due to sole access through the main residential area and Hamilton Way close. (Presently being reviewed by SNDC ref 2018/0121) If development takes place on 0373 in the future we would not expect access to be extended through existing residential areas and the new site presently being considered. Rather, access from Thwaite Road should be considered compulsory in any Planning Application
