Representation Summary:

If the proposed settlement boundary change occurred I believe permission for a retirement bungalow would fit very nicely on the site without impact on neighbours.

I have owned the site and the two cottages 27 and 29 Yarmouth for more than 25 years. I have now retired and live in number 27 Yarmouth Road which linked to site GNLPSL0019. I am interested in the proposed change to the settlement boundary as I would like to build a retirement bungalow on the site.
I have already obtained full building permission for a double garage and turning area on the site which is now complete and functional. I did this as parking was so restrictive as was storage at number 27. Application number. 2018/0301.
I understand there is a low/medium flood risk but the site has not floodedi during my ownership nor in living memory according to the elderly locals. Further more there is an open ditch carrying surface and roof water which is free flowing and offers flood prrotectiion to the north and field side of the site.

If a bungalow could be built on the site there there would be no extra traffic in old post office lane as I already use the garage and parking area on the site . The landscaping I have done enhances the area and i don't think a devepement woulld have an undue impact on the neighbours. Yours faithfully. M P Skipper
