Paragraph 190 makes mention of the potential country park near the growth triangle but there is no description of the size, habitat make-up, what recreational activities might be taking place. We would encourage wider consultation and engagement with environmental organisations in the design and layout of this facility.

Paragraph 220. When will Anglian Water’s strategic plans for water supply and disposal be completed and made public? In order to comment fully on the GNLP we need to understand what these strategic proposals are. Without them our comments are incomplete, and our input into the GNLP will not be maximised.

As stated previously comments, any net tourist-oriented benefits will come from and joined-up approach and collaboration between GNLP and BA Broads Plan. The narrative needs to state whether these links exist, and if not whether they will be formed?

Due to scale and lack of contour lines it is hard to determine but the map on page 95 seems to show the proposed development areas 1+2 sit within the floodplain. This would seem to contradict advice regarding development in the floodplain.
Given the comment within the draft document describing biodiversity buffers, are there opportunities with the 4 proposed developments in East Norwich to bring nature close to or within these development areas?

Mention is made in Appendix 1 of extending the Strumpshaw waste management site be. Given the location of this facility close to Strumpshaw fen, the RSPB requests greater information be provided on the scale of this extension and whether there will be additional waste services provided?
