We have had confirmation from Sth Norfolk Council that the information used for this area was via historic mapping therefore, this area IS NOT AN AREA OF LOCAL DESIGNATED PROTECTED OPEN SPACE.
There is suitable access (highways 2014), no flooding and It will be considered for small scale development along side the other sites in this local area.
